    Women’s Self Defense

By the little dojo | February 6, 2012

There is little that empowers people more than having an effective method of protecting ourselves and those we love.  In this online course Kris Anderson of Inner Warrior Martial Arts takes you step by step through a modular online course of self defense training.  Kris Anderson is a holder of many Martial Arts Belts including being a fully certified instructor in the IFYCA and Infinity Concepts schools.  I have reviewed these lessons and feel completely confident in recommending them to you.

Self Defense for Women takes a person man or woman through this excellent method of self defense.  It is not necessarily critical to learn or earn a black belt to learn how to defend your self and your love ones effectively.  This is an excellent comprehensive program.

One Response to “Women’s Self Defense”

I checked out the video. I like the way he says to think of self defense as an insurance policy. Looking at our society today it almost as if it is completely morally bankrupt. The weak are singled out and attacked every minute it seems like. The sex trade is growing and children and women get abducted more and more every year. I read a story where a guy recently got the death sentence for raping a mans wife and daughters in front of him and them burned them to death! The husband is still alive and has to live with this. Horrible sick society. Definitely need an insurance policy to live here.
