Tom Seal Offering Self-Defense and Awareness Class at Phinney Neighborhood Center Carrying on Sensei Harris’s Tradition

I am very happy to announce that my Gung Fu / Chi Gung Brother Dr. Tom Seal is offering Self-Defense and Awareness Class at the Phinney Neighborhood Center Wednesdays from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M.
“O’Sensei, founder of Aikido, said there are seven senses, the first five we already use, the sixth is intuition, and the seventh is seeing patterns in nature.”
This style of martial arts teaches nonresistance. Â No one can resist nonresistance. Â It shows multiple paths to seek the true nature of things. Â It is Nonviolence.
Tom Seal is a Student for life.  He is a person on the path of Mastery and I hold him in Awe.  I had the pleasure of teaching Tom for a number of years as a referal from Jesse R.
