The Little Dojo Accepting Aplications for 6 Spots in New Non Classical Gung Fu Class

The Little Dojo will be offering a new Non Classical Gung Fu class starting the Middle of February first of March. Non Classical Gung Fu is an excellent way to improve fitness levels, tone muscles, build confidence, and have fun. You can burn as many calories as doing fitness kick boxing or joining a UBC type course and you will develop real skills that will work for you in a self defense situation. Steve Smith has trained extensively with Jesse R.
