image_099.jpgThe Little Dojo and Premier Martial Arts welcomes Sifu Gary Wass and Seven Star Preying Mantis Kung Fu to our Programs. Gary Wass has traveled extensively in Asia training in the Healing Arts, Massage, Tai Chi, Preying Mantis, I Chuan, and Hsing-I.

    Kung Fu Class:

Kung Fu is a tradition several thousand years in the making and is an Ideal Exercise, improving overall Health, Balance, Confidence, Agility, Power, and Ability to Defend your Self and Family. Kung Fu offers a great way to compete in a safe friendly and supported way. Many people remember the Series Kung Fu with David Caradine and have appreciated the power, mystic and philosophy of Master Po, and Cain as he made his way through the Wild West. Kung Fu teaches compassion, sensitivity, and an awareness that all that have practiced it have appreciated. Come down and see what it is all about.

Seven Star Preying Mantis is the primary structure, with I Chuan and Hsing I, heavily influencing.

I participated in the 7 Star Mantis Kung Fu Class yesterday and enjoyed the exercises the power development in the punches and left the class refreshed looking forward to Thursday. Gary is a good teacher that brings depth to every work out from the fundamentals to more advanced concepts.

Kung Fu Class with Gary Wass is growing we had a packed house today with three of us working out. Everyone appreciates the work out that leaves us in great shape for a busy day.

I have appreciated Gary’s explanations of structure and power. The pace is excellent for people of any conditioning level.

Sir, Is there, or are there, going to be any evening classes in this? I am very interested in checking it out, but cannot make that time frame due to work.

At this time the only time that it will be offered is the 9:30 A.M. time slot due to Gary’s work schedule.

I will keep you posted as there will be other availabilities being announced in the near future.
