Congratulations to Non-Classical Gung Fu Students who set New Personal Records

By the little dojo | March 20, 2007

The Little Dojo Congratulates the Non-Classical Gung Fu Class members who today completed a Personal Goal of over 10,000 straight punches and 300 pushups in 45 minutes. Kendra Golden, Scott Barnett, Candace Dixon, Ken Lincoln, William Coble, Kevin Kimmel and a couple others who want to remain confidential. These people have been training for an average of about 6 months and have moved from around 400 punches average to well over 2000 per session. Their speed and power is much improved. Great Job Guys!

The Non-Classical Gung Fu Class meets at Premier Martial Arts at 822 West Main Street Suite A Tuesday and Thursday noon hours.

It is fun for me to see the teamwork in class hear the encouraging words, and see the high fives. Let’s see where you take it in the next six months.
