Chi Gung and Head Aches in Walla Walla

Several people taking the Chi Gung at The Little Dojo started taking Chi Gung classes to help with pain management. The pain issues have been mostly back pain, or soreness in joints etc., recently several who have been suffering from chronic migraine headaches have started taking Chi Gung lessons and practicing at home in conjunction with treatment from their doctors.
Learning Chi Gung movements, and meditation helps in reducing stress, building the immune system by building circulation through out the body’s systems, breath, blood, lymph, and meridians. The smooth movements and meditations help muscles to relax and people are more able to manage stress which is directly linked to many health problems including headaches, sore shoulders, back pain, heart attack etc. Chi Gung is an excellent way to maintain a healthy life.
